The present invention relates to a processing method for imparting a soft touch feeling while applying an environmentally-friendly enzyme processing to a modal/polyester blend fabric and utilizing dyeing ability and hygroscopicity which are advantages of rayon. According to the present invention, the dyeing ability of the fabric can be improved by about 3 times almost without the decrease of hardness, while realizing a soft and smooth touch, and thus the simple touch of modal fibers, which are expensive in price, can be changed to provide a material with new sensibility while maintaining the advantage of modal.
