The present invention relates to a primer set for the isothermal nucleic acid chain polymerization method for the diagnosis of Allomyrina dichotoma pathogenic virus or Oryctes rhinoceros nudivirus infection, and a diagnostic method of virus infection using primer set. The Allomyrina dichotoma pathogenic virus or Oryctes rhinoceros nudivirus infection can be more accurately and rapidly diagnosed compared to general methods using PCR by using the primer set of the present invention.
