Various embodiments of the present invention relate to a water quality maintenance apparatus based on streaming technology, capable of automatically generating microbubbles in connection with the flow direction of seawater to maintain optimal water quality by measuring the water quality of a fish farm and analyzing the data thereof. To achieve the purpose, the apparatus includes: a sensor part sensing the dissolved oxygen, temperature, current direction, and flow rate of seawater; a bubble generating part generating air bubbles in the seawater; a power generating part supplying power to the sensor part and the bubble generating part; and a control part receiving power from the power generating part, controlling the bubble generating part and power generating part after collecting, processing, and analyzing data of the dissolved oxygen, temperature, current direction, and flow rate, and transmitting the data to a server on the ground through LTE and Internet networks.
