Disclosed are a system and method to check the transition of user identification targeting advertisement using multiple information in a mobile environment, capable of recognizing an identical user when different mobile terminals provide an identical fingerprint and both mobile terminals are switched into purchase to provide targeting advertisement when a fingerprint but not a cross device is issued when one or more mobile terminals, including different cookies, click an advertisement exposed on a webpage of an online media. According to the present invention, the system comprises: one or more mobile terminals using different cookies to a client′s advertisement of an advertisement exposing a webpage through a web browser; an advertiser server to provide the advertisement exposing a webpage with the advertisement which is linked to an advertiser webpage for advertising and selling a product; and a targeting advertisement server providing the advertisement through the advertisement exposing webpage, and recognizing an identical user when different mobile terminals provide an identical fingerprint and both mobile terminals are switched to purchase through the advertisement, to provide the targeting advertisement to the corresponding mobile terminal.
