The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented fish farm sediment, to the fermented fish farm sediment produced by the method, and to feed and a fertilizer produced by using the fermented fish farm sediment, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (a) drying and sterilizing the fish farm sediment; (b) mixing microorganism, an oxygen generator, a porous carrier and a nutrient to produce a sediment enhancing agent; (c) mixing the sediment enhancing agent produced in the step (b), a protein source, a carbohydrate source and a microorganism with the sterilized fish farm sediment of the step (a); (d) adding water to a mixture of Taxus cuspidate, Youngia japonica and Potentilla fragarioides and extracting the mixture; and (e) adding the extracted extract of the step (d) to the mixed mixture of the step (c), and fermenting and drying the extracted mixture.
