The present invention relates to a flexible variable angle wedge for an ultrasonic inspection, and an inductive ultrasonic inspection system using the same, capable of providing convenience of manufacturing and installing an apparatus by a simple configuration, and also, increasing reliability on an inspection. According to the present invention, the wedge which is closely attached to a surface of an object to be inspected (P) including a pipe to allow ultrasonic waves by an ultrasonic probe (20) to be incident or received by a constant angle, comprises: a liquid bag (31) sealed in a state that a liquid material (W) containing water is filled in a bag member (32) made of a flexible material having a predetermined volume, formed with a bottom surface (33) of a certain area to be closely attached to a surface of an object (P) to be inspected, and formed with an incident surface (34) having a certain area positioned at one side of an upper portion of the bottom surface (33) to allow an ultrasonic probe (20) to be installed; and a support unit (40) including a support frame unit (41) provided to be closely attached to opposite sides of the liquid bag (31), and a fastening frame unit (42) positioned to be closely attached to the incident surface (34) in a state of being coupled to an upper portion of the support frame unit (41) to allow the ultrasonic probe (20) to be fastened.
