The present invention relates to an antioxidant, whitening and anti-aging hydrogel mask pack composition comprising an herbal extract, and a hydrogel mask pack composition with excellent oxygen permeability comprising the same. The composition of the present invention comprising one or more herbal extracts selected from the group consisting of Houttuynia cordata, rosemary, rose flower, chamomile, and lavender has excellent antioxidant, whitening and anti-aging activities with no cytotoxicity and dermal side effects. Also, the hydrogel mask pack composition, which is characterized by comprising 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and sodium acrylate monomers along with the composition comprising the herbal extract, has the advantages of having a high water content, increased impregnation of functionally effective components, improved oxygen permeability, excellent skin adhesion, and enhanced dermal safety.
