The present invention relates to an inner cover for a newborn baby and, more specifically, relates to an inner cover capable of preventing a newborn baby from being surprised while providing an antibacterial effect as well as user convenience. To achieve the purpose, the inner cover is separated into a mat cloth and a cover cloth and snap fasteners are installed on edge bands attached to the edges of the mat and cover clothes, and thus, the present invention is capable of enabling a diaper to be conveniently changed while preventing damage to the mat or cover cloth, which is caused by repeated attachment and detachment. A dual cloth is laminated with the cover cloth by the edge bands and a weight body having a predetermined weight is inserted between the clothes. The weight body is made of a silicone sheet, which is harmless to humans and very flexible, and a plurality of air vents are installed on the silicone sheet, and a separation space from the cover cloth is formed on a side of the silicone sheet to form vent inducing protrusions to make air ventilation possible even if a newborn baby is pressed by the silicone sheet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
