The present invention relates to a system for increasing the efficiency of a high-temperature molten-carbonate fuel cell plant (MCFC), and is configured to continuously monitor the pressure in an exhaust gas pipe of an outlet of a fuel cell and maintain the pressure of exhaust gas within a minimum allowable range, thereby preventing a decrease in efficiency due to fluctuation of a fuel cell performance during power generation, and further, is configured to optimally recover a certain latent heat and sensible heat from the fuel cell exhaust gas through a heat recovery unit and the gas dehumidification in a single-step or multi-step manner, thereby obtaining optimal profitability of heat production.
