Disclosed are a system and a method for granting a reliability grade for an estimated estate price. The system for granting a reliability grade for an estimated estate price comprises: an estate price estimating module estimating an estate price by a predetermined automated valuation model (AVM); a reliability evaluating module evaluating reliability for the estate price estimated by the estate price estimating module, and granting a grade; and a reliability evaluation verifying module verifying the grade granted by the reliability evaluating module. The system and the method for granting a reliability grade for an estimated estate price are configured to evaluate the reliability of an official land value as a basis for a government taxation standard, thereby verifying accuracy and the reliability of the estate price estimation and newly estimating the estate price having high reliability by a new AVM.
