The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing algal blooms and floating wastes, comprising: a buoyancy line; a screen unit; a fluid ejection unit; a conveying conveyor; a dehydration unit; and a collection box. The apparatus of the present invention can be easily floated on the river where the algae phenomenon occurs to remove the algae blooms. By including a solar power generation unit, the apparatus is able to maximize operation efficiency thereof for removing the algae blooms. Furthermore, by including a dehydration unit, the water content in the algae blooms to be collected can be minimized, thereby maximizing the collection efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
