Disclosed is an advertisement combined photo based donation system. The photo based donation system according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: an integration device including at least one advertisement panel; and at least photo donation certificate issuing device issuing a photo donation certificate at a position adjacent to the integration device. The photo donation certificate issuing device includes: a camera unit photographing a user and generating a user image; a display unit; an output unit issuing the photo donation certificate; and a control unit displaying one or more donation organizations or one or more person objects related to the donation organizations through the display unit, processing donation payment for a specific organization among the one or more donation organizations based on a user input, synthesizing a person object, selected among the person objects related to a specific donation organization by the user, and the user image photographed by the camera unit into a synthesized image, and providing the synthesized image and the photo donation certificate where donation information is printed to the user through the output unit. The integration device can output at least one set of advertisement content through the advertisement panel.
