Disclosed are a liquid lenticular lens array using an electrowetting phenomenon and a display device using the same. The device comprises a display panel for displaying images. The liquid lenticular lens array comprises: a first substrate which is placed in a side for displaying images in the display panel, and comprises a plurality of chambers and a first electrode which is formed to cover a wall and the top surface of the plurality of chambers and connects both ends thereof; and a second substrate which comprises a second electrode formed on one surface facing the first substrate, and seals a top part of the first substrate comprising the plurality of chambers. A first liquid is filled in a part of a lower part of the chamber, and a second liquid, which is not mixed with the first liquid, is filled in a space other than an area where the first liquid is filled in a space formed by being sealed by the first and second substrates. A control unit applies a voltage to the liquid lenticular lens array to control a boundary surface between the first and second liquids to be in a concave, a flat or a convex shape. If the liquid lenticular lens array is flat by the control unit, the display device is operated as 2D, and if the liquid lenticular lens array is convex, the display device is operated as 3D. The present invention is able to be mass produced.
