Provided are an exhaust gas recirculation and boiler water supply heating system, and a boiler water supply heating method using exhaust gas. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust gas recirculation and boiler water supply heating system comprises: an exhaust gas recirculation device for reducing the amount of nitrogen oxide generated by combustion by supplying at least a part of exhaust gas discharged from an engine to a suction part of the engine; a boiler for producing steam; and a water supply part including a water supply tank for storing supplied water for steam production, and a water supply pump for supplying supplied water stored in the water supply tank to the boiler for steam production. The exhaust gas recirculation device comprises: a heat exchange unit which exchanges heat of exhaust gas with supplied water stored in the water supply tank to heat the supplied water stored in the water supply tank so as to reduce oxygen concentration included in the supplied water and at the same time to cool the exhaust gas. According to an embodiment of the present invention, exhaust gas cooling and supplied water heating effects can be simultaneously obtained by heat exchange between exhaust gas discharged from an engine and supplied to an exhaust gas recirculation device and boiler supplied water. It is possible to reduce oxygen in the supplied water by heating supplied water to be supplied to the boiler to generate steam by using thermal energy of exhaust gas discharged from the engine. Moreover, the exhaust gas can be cooled without having a separate cooler in the exhaust gas recirculation device.
