Integrated boiling-layer hydro-processing, fixed-bed hydro-processing and coking processes for total crude oil conversion to hydrotreated oil and petroleum green coke

A system and process for upgrading an entire crude oil feed in an integrated boiling-layer and hydrotreating plant is provided wherein the whole crude oil is flashed into a flash DC fraction and an atmospheric residue fraction. The atmospheric residue oil fraction is hydrotreated in a boiling-bed reaction zone, while the product fraction and the flashing DC fraction produced from the boiling-bed reaction zone are hydrotreated in a fixed-bed reaction zone. The unconverted residue fraction derived from the boiling-layer reaction zone is treated in a Coker unit to produce a high quality oil green coke.;
