The present invention relates to an ordering-dedicated device having a promotion notifying function, a system and a method for ordering a product using the same, and a recording medium having a computer program recorded therein. More particularly, an ordering-dedicated device having a promotion notifying function aids at increasing user satisfaction for easy purchase of a repeatedly purchased product by notifying a user of a promotion through an ordering-dedicated device when the promotion for the product repeatedly purchased by the user exists. According to the present invention, when a promotion for a repeatedly purchased product of a user is registered, the promotion is transmitted to the ordering-dedicated device of the user such that promotion information is displayed through the ordering-dedicated device, the user is assisted to immediately order the product in promotion by confirming the promotion information, such that the user can be assisted to receive various benefits for the repeatedly purchased product, and at the same time, the product promotion is actively conducted. Accordingly, both purchase satisfaction of the user and product sales can be increased. The ordering-dedicated device having a promotion notifying function comprises: a communications unit; a display unit for displaying received information; a user input unit for receiving a user input; and a control unit.
