The present invention relates to a titanium vacuum centrifugal casting device with a hollow hole rotary shaft for vacuum connection. The present invention comprises: the hollow hole rotary shaft which has a vacuum pipeline in an axial direction therein, a vacuum connection portion connected to a vacuum device provided at the lower end thereof, and a docking plate provided at the upper end thereof, which is connected to a drive portion to rotate; and a vacuum chamber in which a rotation center portion is detachably coupled to the docking plate of the hollow hole rotary shaft and a first chamber and a second chamber are formed on both sides opposite to the rotation center portion. In addition, the vacuum pipeline of the hollow hole rotary shaft and the insides of the first chamber and the second chamber are connected by a vacuum connection pipe which is opened and closed by a vacuum intermittent valve.
