The invention present relates to a method for constructing a universal operating system applicable to various micro grid and power distribution systems which has a solution module for operating a micro grid or a power distribution system, extracts a solution module that satisfies the operating purpose of the micro grid or the power distribution system, the configuration method of the system and the structure of a server among the configured solution modules, and combines the extracted solution module to derive a final operating system. The present invention can be widely applied to various types of micro grids and power distribution systems having different types of objects, types and sizes of systems, and the like.
