The present invention relates to a system for linking an application during a call using a smartphone, which immediately calls and executes a calendar application on a screen during the call, and enables a user to input and store a schedule or take a detailed memo related to the schedule in a calling state, thereby efficiently using schedule management. The system for linking an application during a call using a smartphone according to the present invention comprises: a telephone call module which connects a telephone call with a caller terminal on the basis of a call connection by the caller terminal; a module for linking an application during a call, which outputs a linking application icon window, on which a plurality of linking application execution icons linkable during the call made by the telephone call module are displayed, on a call waiting screen, and calling and executing a corresponding application in the calling state when one of the linking application execution icons is touched; and a schedule management module which outputs an execution screen of the calendar application on the screen during the call and receives and stores predetermined content from the user when a calendar application execution icon displayed on the linking application icon window is touched by the user.
