In an uplink data transmission method of a terminal in a wireless communication system, the present invention discloses technology for adding uplink data to an RRC connection request message corresponding to an RA response message to be transmitted to a base station, if the terminal is in a radio resource control (RRC) inactive state. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent a retransmission delay and improve wireless resource use efficiency.
