The present invention relates to health functional food comprising an extract of deer antlers having an effect on enhancement of memory and concentration, stress alleviation and calmness of test-takers, and more specifically, to a health functional food made from a formulation such as deer antlers, Angelica gigas, Cornus officinalis, Aquilaria agallocha, Zizyphus jujuba, Polygala tenuifolia, Poria cocos, Acorus gramineus, Glycyrrhiza uralensis and steviol glycoside. The health functional food of the present invention greatly contributes to enhancement of memory and concentration, stress alleviation and calmness of the test-takers, and is easily taken without side effects to be very useful invention in the health functional food industry.
