The present invention relates to a health care device which analyzes a change in a health state of an examinee from sensing information received from a basic sensor and a scalable sensor, and generates and transmits a protocol packet according to an attribute value corresponding to an analyzed result, and to a health care system having sensor scalability which can smoothly transmit data between the health care device and a server by regulating a protocol through software. Therefore, various bio-signals can be sensed by simply replacing a sensor part to apply a new sensor technology which may appear in the future.
