The present invention relates to a furnace including an OFA port configured with a single row and a power plant boiler including the same. The furnace (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is a rectangular pillar shaped furnace including four side walls (101, 102, 103, 104) extending upwards by a predetermined height, comprises: a main OFA port (main over-fire air port, 110) which is separated from the top row of a burner (105) formed on the side wall constituting the furnace by a predetermined distance, is formed of a single row, inputs air into the furnace, and includes a vortex generation means (111) applying rotation to the input flow of air; and side OFA ports (side over-fire air ports, 120) which are formed in the same row as the main OFA port (110), are separated from both end ports of the main OFA port (110) by a predetermined distance, are formed at both ends, respectively, input air into the furnace, and include a vortex generation means (121) applying rotation of flow of the input air. Rotation directions of the air input from the main OFA port (main over-fire air port, 110) and the air input from the side OFA ports (side over-fire air ports, 120) are different from those of adjacent ports.
