The present invention relates to a fastener for improving end bearing capacity, in which an end reinforcing substrate (110) of concrete pile (100) is fastened to increase end bearing capacity. The present invention comprises: a plate-shaped body unit (122) closely fastened to the end reinforcing substrate (110); a protruding unit (124) protruding along a circumference of the body unit (122) at one side of the body unit (122) in the front direction; and a supporting piece (126) formed at the other side of the body unit (122) to support the protruding unit (124). Therefore, the present invention has the protruding unit and the supporting piece in addition to the body unit, thereby increasing workability (interpenetration) and maximizing the end bearing capacity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
