The present invention relates to a method of restoring a blood vessel change value over time to a bio signal (pulse wave) by performing optical measurement of change in a blood vessel at an acupoint on a body which is a pulse region, and a method of calculating heart rate, blood pressure, etc. using the same. The methods can extract movement of a blood vessel at an acupoint on a body through a camera of a smartphone or a photodetector and then accurately regenerate a shape of a pulse through an image processing algorithm. The methods can obtain blood pressure and heart rate from the shape of the regenerated pulse.
