Disclosed are a stress measuring system of a structure combined with an acceleration sensor and a gyro sensor and a method thereof. A measuring portion is installed in a plurality of spots of the structure, and an acceleration of the installation spots, a moving direction, and a change amount of location and distance are measured in real time. A data collection portion collects measurement data outputted by the measuring portion, visually synchronizes the collected measurement data, and compresses the visually synchronized measurement data. A data transmission portion transmits the compressed measurement data. A monitoring portion receives measurement data transmitted by the data transmission portion, receives the received measurement data, calculates movement by each shaft of the structure based on the recovered measurement data, and determines whether the movement of the structure has a failure.
