The present invention relates to an integrated energy control and management technique using a wireless network and, specifically, to an integrated energy control and management technique using a wireless network, comprising at least one control node, a relay node, and a sensor node. The integrated energy control and management technique comprises: a first step of applying a Pan ID, which is an identification number applied to be same to a node to be controlled, and a Self ID which is the identification number of the each node; a second step of applying a Last ID of a number becoming larger in order based on a control node applied with the Last ID; a third step of generating sensor data or control data individually including the Self ID, the Pan ID, and a Target ID in the control node and the sensor node; a fourth step of transmitting the control data or the sensor data, which is generated in the third step, to the relay node or the sensor node within a relay scope; a fifth step of comparing the Target ID of the control data or the sensor data and the Last ID of the node receiving the control data or the sensor data in a case that the Pan ID of the control data or the sensor data coincides with the Pan ID of the node receiving the control data or the sensor data and of returning to the fourth step in a case that the Pan ID of the control data or the sensor data does not coincide with the Pan ID of the node receiving the control data or the sensor data, by comparing the Pan ID of the control data or the sensor data with the Pan ID of the node receiving the control data or the sensor data; and a sixth step of returning to the fourth step in a case the Target ID does not coincide with the Last ID, and completing communications in a case that the Target ID coincides with the Last ID. The integrated energy control and management technique using the wireless network can minimize time delay due to transmission and reception of the data and can minimize transmission traffic.
