The present invention relates to a makeup matter composition for preventing or alleviating skin aging containing mixture extracts of Actinidia arguta, Rubus coreanus and Prunus sibirica as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the mixture extracts of Actinidia arguta, Rubus coreanus and Prunus sibirica suppress the expression of MMP-1, 3, 9 which is protease for matrix protein related to skin aging by photo-aging, and inhibits the secretion of IL-6 which is inflammatory cytokine. As a result, photo-aging is suppressed, and effects of preventing or alleviating skin aging can be shown.
