The present invention is to solve a problem of a currently used dressing material. Since most foam dressing materials and hydrolyzed gel, which are currently used dressing materials, only maintain a wet condition or are dissolved by an exudation and residues which stick on a wound, the wound should be secondly washed. The foam dressing material is manufactured with urethane and so on and thus is hard to be applied with a material for promoting healing of the wound or antibacterial properties. The hydrolyzed gel also has a problem that antibacterial properties are hard to be applied to a process. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing water-soluble hydrofiber as a dressing material, which is used for treating a wound, capable of solving the problems of existing dressing materials and a wound dressing manufactured by using the hydrolyzed fiber. The method for manufacturing water-soluble hydrofiber comprises the following steps: manufacturing woven or non-woven hydrofiber fabric; manufacturing woven or non-woven hydrofiber fabric which is cross-linked; and applying antibacterial properties and a wound treating function to the cross-linked woven or non-woven hydrofiber fabric and then drying the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
