Provided is a device for collecting a specimen which sucks and dispenses a specimen such as body fluid such as blood and saliva or other secreting fluids. The device comprises: an accommodating portion for accommodating the specimen by using a capillary force generated in a space between one pair of accommodating walls; and a holding portion bonded to one side of the accommodating portion in a tilted state at a predetermined angle, and fixing the accommodating walls.
