The present invention relates to a graphitization apparatus for extracting carbon from carbon dioxide burning organic sample and graphitizing carbon. The apparatus comprises: a graphitizing unit including a carbon dioxide collecting unit for selectively collecting burned carbon dioxide and a reducing unit connected to the carbon dioxide collecting unit to reduce the collected carbon dioxide to carbon; a cooling unit cooling the carbon dioxide collecting unit of the graphitizing unit; a heating unit heating the reducing unit of the graphitizing unit; and a control unit controlling the graphitizing unit, the cooling unit, and the heating unit. Accordingly, the present invention provides an apparatus having flexibility to easily increase the number of reactors of the graphitization apparatus.
