The present invention relates to a persimmon juice-based dyeing automation process system and a dyeing method using thereof and, more specifically, to a persimmon juice-based natural dyeing automation system and a dyeing method using thereof for improving a part where a process for dyeing with persimmon juice such as existing immersion and coloring is manually operated to enable dyeing with persimmon juice with uniform quality without being affected by manpower or weather through automation, controlling pressure and a rotation speed of a roller to uniformly immerse persimmon juice into a fabric especially in a process of immersing persimmon juice into fabric, and allowing uniform color development on both sides of a fabric during color development process by radiating ultraviolet rays. The system comprises: an immersing unit; and a coloring unit.
