The present invention relates to a marking tag for amphibian or reptile, which comprises: a flexible multicolored-stripe tail part for recognizing survival years; and an attachment part including an adhesive layer interposed between an opposite surface of the multicolored-stripe tail part and an outer skin of amphibian or reptile. According to the present invention, since the marking tag is not a body penetration type or an insertion type, but rather an attachment type that does not use a needle, the stress and risk for amphibian or reptile are reduced. In addition, the present invention allows confirmation of a lifespan of amphibian or reptile by cutting a color part at an end of a multicolored-stripe tail every year; improves initial adhesion due to an adhesive layer being easily introduced into an uneven surface of an outer skin of amphibian or reptile; and enhances adhesion durability without delamination between the adhesive layer and the outer skin even in a habitat environment having a high moisture content.
