The present invention relates to a method for producing a biosensor for multi-detection of food poisoning bacteria pathogens and a method for multi-detection of food poisoning bacteria pathogens using the same. A food poisoning bacteria antibody modified with a thiol groups is attached to the surface of a gold/silver core shell. Then, the same is fixed to a micro-well plate, and an unknown sample is contacted. Then, a change in a refractive index of LSPR may be measured in an antibody in which food poisoning bacteria are present. Thus, the presence or absence of the food poisoning bacteria can be confirmed. By using the biosensor of the present invention, multi-detection of food poisoning bacteria pathogens can be performed, and accurate results can be derived within a shorter time than conventionally used ELISA. In addition, the biosensor of the present invention has a detection limit of 10^1 CFU/mL, and can derive a high sensitive detection result by using a minimum amount of specimens. Thus, a protein detection that causes various diseases can be detected, and the present invention can be used to diagnose and prevent more kinds of diseases.
