The present invention relates to an RFID marker holder mounted on an underground cable protection plate and, more particularly, to the RFID marker holder mounted on an underground cable protection plate in which an RFID marker is mounted on a holder and the holder is fixed to a hole formed in the underground cable protection plate so that a cable installation position can be grasped. In the RFID marker holder mounted on an underground cable protection plate, the holder comprises: a holder body formed to be concave downward; a plurality of marker mounting hooks extending upward in an arch-like manner from the upper end of the holder body wherein the marker mounting hooks are for mounting the markers; and a fixing part formed at a lower portion of the holder body and attached to the underground cable protection plate.
