The present invention relates to a virtual reality recognition rehabilitation apparatus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a virtual reality recognition rehabilitation training apparatus which displays virtual reality content on a smart glass device driven by being linked with a biosignal sensor, and can perform recognition function prevention training and rehabilitation treatment. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a virtual reality recognition rehabilitation system linked with biosignals comprises: a head mounted display composed of an optical module for delivering image light emitted from at least one display to a user′s eye; a brainwave sensor for sensing at least one brain wave of the user; an electromyogram sensor for sensing an electromyogram varying according to the movement of the user; and a control unit for controlling the head mount display to output another piece of content when information sensed through at least one of the brainwave sensor and the electromyogram sensor satisfies a predetermined condition.
