The present invention relates to a nematode-resistant Cucurbitaceae plant for rootstocks. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nematode-resistant Cucurbitaceae plant which is transformed with a recombinant plant RNAi vector for a 16D10 gene in root-knot nematode in the genus Meloidogyne. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof, and an asexual breeding method for Cucurbitaceae plants using the nematode-resistant Cucurbitaceae plant as a rootstock. The Cucurbitaceae plant of the present invention exhibits excellent resistance to nematodes, particularly root-knot nematodes. Therefore, when Cucurbitaceae crops such as watermelon are grafted using the Cucurbitaceae plant as the rootstock, it is possible to efficiently cultivate high quality Cucurbitaceae crops while preventing damage by nematodes.
