The present invention relates to a method of restoring an oil painting using images photographed from multiple angles, which minimizes damage to an oil painting to be restored. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of restoring an oil painting using images photographed from multiple angles comprises: a step of dividing an oil painting expressing a texture effect in oil paints by brush touches into a plurality of areas of preset width in accordance with a size of the oil painting; a step of photographing the divided areas on a plurality of different positions having different angles to generate image data; a step of digitizing contrast caused by brightness differences in accordance with height in the image data photographed from the different angles for each area to generate contrast data; a step of comparing brightness differences created by brush touch positions of the image data and height differences of the contrast data for each area to analyze the height; a step of adding up the height on positions of the image data to which the height analyzed for each area is applied to generate three dimensional data having a height; and a step of arranging the three dimensional data generated for each area for each position to be a single oil painting to use the three dimensional data as oil painting restoring data to perform restoration.
