The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based food spoilage prediction model developing system and a food spoilage prediction notifying system using an artificial intelligence-based food spoilage prediction model. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the artificial intelligence-based food spoilage prediction model developing system includes: a food analysis module for analyzing food data; a bacteria analysis module for analyzing a plurality of food poisoning bacteria data; and a model development module for developing a food spoilage prediction model. Therefore, according to the present invention, the artificial intelligence-based food spoilage prediction model developing system can achieve a substantial food poisoning prevention effect by providing food consumption standards for individual foods.
