According to the present invention, a carbon fiber fabric is manufactured by manufacturing a fabric through an oxidation fiber spinning yarn which is a precursor and carbonizing the manufactured fabric at a temperature of 700-1, 500°C. The carbon fiber fabric of the present invention has a planar structure in which carbon fibers cross each other and are woven with flexibility. Even after 10 times of washing, sheet resistance of 1 to 100 Ohm/sg (Ω/sg) is provided. A heating property of increasing the temperature to 40 to 50°C is provided even when a voltage of 3.75 V is applied. A wearable device of the present invention includes the carbon fiber fabric. According to the present invention, a carbonized fiber fabric can be manufactured with good weaving processibility or making processability. The carbon fiber fabric of the present invention does not contain a binder resin or a coating resin for giving a weaving property, but is composed only of carbon fibers in a spun yarn form, thereby having excellent flexibility and electrical conductivity after washing and implementing good heating performance even when a low voltage is applied. As a result, the carbon fiber fabric of the present invention is useful as various wearable device materials.
