The present invention relates to a near field communication (NFC) tag recognition device and an NFC tag recognition system including the same. The NFC tag recognition device includes: an antenna receiving NFC tag signals; a radio frequency (RF) signal processing unit which measures the reception sensitivity of the received NFC tag signals and converts the signals to digital data; an NFC controller which extracts an authentication key from the digital data; an authentication signal processing unit which uses the measured reception sensitivity, calculates the distance to an NFC tag, and calculates a change in the distance to generate an authentication pattern; and an authentication signal storage unit which stores a user authentication key and user authentication pattern related to a registered user and provides the user authentication key and user authentication pattern to the authentication signal processing unit. The authentication signal processing unit generates authentication permission signals when the user authentication key matches extracted authentication key match and the user authentication pattern matches the generated authentication pattern.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
