The present invention relates to an integrated operating apparatus for window glass and a door curtain for selection and operation of either window glass or a door curtain in a single apparatus and a window glass and door curtain driving system using the same. The integrated operating apparatus for window glass and a door curtain according to the present invention includes a housing (11), a drive motor (12) installed in the housing (11), a window glass operating gear (16) wound with a window glass operating wire (17) operating window glass (2), a door curtain drive gear (18) installed in the housing (11) apart from the window glass operating gear (16) and wound with a door curtain drive wire (19) operating a door curtain (3), a clutch gear (13) engaged with the drive motor (12) and selectively engaged with either the window glass operating gear (16) or the door curtain drive gear (18) by sliding, and selection means for engagement of the clutch gear (13) with either the window glass operating gear (16) or the door curtain drive gear (18).
