O-Ring O-Ring Composition for Glass Contacting O-Ring Having Excellent Electrostatic Quality and Manufacturing Method of Glass Contacting O-Ring Using the Same
The present invention relates to a composition for a glass contact O-ring having improved static electricity characteristics, the composition formed by mixing an adhesive resin material with carbon nanotubes and extrusion molding the mixture, wherein the carbon nanotubes are mixed in a range of 3-50 wt%, and relates to a method for manufacturing a glass contact O-ring using the composition. The method comprises: a mixing step of mixing an adhesive resin material with carbon nanotubes; an extruding step of extruding the material mixed in the mixing step; a press-molding step of forming the material extruded in the extruding step by using a press; a thermally treating step of thermally treating the material formed in the press-molding step; and a washing step of washing the product thermally treated in the thermally treating step. In the mixing step, the carbon nanotubes are mixed in a range of 3-50 wt%. According to the invention, the glass contact O-ring is capable of being prevented from being cracked or melted even in an LCD/OLED environment, the temperature of which reaches 300°C by improving temperature characteristics, and capable of preventing static electricity (arcking) from being generated even in a repeated contact with glass by improving static electricity characteristics.
