The present invention relates to a center adjustment weight-bar assembly for eccentric salvage of an offshore structure and an eccentric salvage method using the same, and more specifically, to a center adjustment weight-bar assembly for eccentric salvage of an offshore structure capable of reducing the number of unnecessary equipment and components and increasing convenience in working, and an eccentric salvage method using the same.
