Disclosed are a nanostructured composite exhibiting long-lasting antibacterial or anti-biofouling functions, and a production method thereof. Since the nanostructured composite has hydrophilic or amphoteric (inner layer)/lipophilic (outer layer) double porous nanoshell structure surrounding a porous-satellite nanoparticle composite, it is possible to maximize an amount of satellite nanoparticles enclosed within the composite and also to uniformly control a distance from the satellite nanoparticles to a surface of the composite. By preventing deviation of the satellite nanoparticles themselves from the composite, it is possible to secure long-lasting antibacterial or anti-biofouling functions, effective for a long period.
