The present invention relates to a steel curtain wall and a steel curtain wall construction method including a steel frame installed outside to be adjacent to a building, glass panel modules having glass panels and forming the exterior of the building, a horizontal fixing portion for fixing, to the steel frame, the upper and lower end portions of the adjacent glass panel modules arranged in the steel frame, and a vertical fixing portion for fixing, to the steel frame, the side end portions of the adjacent glass panel modules fixed by the horizontal fixing portion. Each of the steel frame and the glass panel modules is transported to a construction site after manufacturing, and then built by the glass panel modules being assembled in sequence to the steel frame by the horizontal fixing portion and the vertical fixing portion after steel frame installation. According to the present invention, the steel frame and the glass panel modules are installed after transport to a construction site following individual manufacturing in a plant, and thus design and construction at a construction site can be omitted along with unnecessary processes, construction period and cost reduction can be achieved, and work efficiency can be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
