Provided is a method of implementing office automation using an encrypted digital application document which allows a customer to make an insurance contract without a visit, digitizes an application document to easily modify or replace the application document, encrypts digital application documents to be safe, and automatically converts digital application documents into image files for final evaluation to maximize work efficiency of a branch manager. The method of implementing office automation comprises: a step of allowing a consultant terminal to request issuance of a digital application document for a specific customer from an insurance company server; a step of allowing the insurance company server to transmit an encryption URL for the digital application document in a message to a mobile device of a customer; a step of allowing the mobile device to open a website linked to the encryption URL to complete the digital application document and then perform an electronic signature; a step of allowing the insurance company server to store the digital application document as an application document file; a step of allowing the insurance company server to automatically convert the application document file into an image file; and a step of allowing the insurance company server to notify the mobile device for the customer passing underwriting of final approval confirmation based on the image file.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
