The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for recommending an untact product using a chatting user platform. The method for recommending an untact product using a chatting user platform according to an embodiment of the present invention recommends an untact product through a chatting user platform including a text display window and a text input window. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a text of a conversation type through a text input window displayed on a first terminal of a first user; generating an answer according to the intention of the text of a conversation type on the basis of the text of a conversation type; providing an answer through a text display window; renewing cluster data on the basis of the text of a conversation type; determining a cluster corresponding to a second user on the basis of the cluster data when the second user accesses the chatting user platform through a second terminal after the first user receives the answer; generating a recommendation text on the basis of the text of a conversation type related to the cluster; and providing a recommendation text to a text display window of the second terminal. A cluster corresponding to a user is grasped on the basis of a text of a conversation type received from the user, and a recommendation text associated with the corresponding cluster is provided.
