The present invention relates to a method for inducing cancerous thyroid cell lines using ionizing radiation, comprising a step of: performing single-irradiating low dose rate rays to normal cells so that the total absorbed dose becomes 10 Gy or fractionated-irradiating low dose rate rays so that the total absorbed dose is 22 Gy. According to the present invention, provided is a method for inducing cancer of a normal cell which fractionated irradiates low dose rate rays into a normal cell line, thereby providing a method for inducing cancer cell growth in the normal cell line having improved cell death rate or survival cell yield during cancer induction of the cell line sensitive to radiation.
