The present invention relates to a distribution apparatus of a ventilation gas and a method thereof which is to resolve imbalance of a flow rate of the ventilation gas due to a pressure difference within an underground electrical conduit, comprising: a frame installed in an interior wall of the electrical conduit and having a penetrated shape such that the ventilation gas passes therethrough; a gap-shaped high pressure discharge portion for penetrating the frame in a proceeding direction of the ventilation gas; a wind speed measuring system for measuring a wind speed of the ventilation gas within the electrical conduit; and a pressure adjusting portion for adjusting the pressure difference within the electrical conduit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
